Upload the forms in the section below within 3 days of ratification of the Purchase Contract
Make sure your buyer sends the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) to Escrow within 3 days
Within 7 days schedule a Home Inspection

Receive the Sellers Disclosure Package
The sellers disclosure package must be ratified and sent to the buyers agent within 7 days.
Upload fully ratified documents in the section below at least 7 days before closing in order to receive your commission check directly from escrow.
